All students are considered for admission to the University under the same criteria. TDS does not determine the acceptance of students to Â鶹AV. At the time you are accepted to the university, we encourage you to contact Testing & Disability Services to request accommodations.

Types of Services

Disability Services coordinates and provides a variety of services based on each student's individual needs. Examples of some of these services include the following:

  • Academic accommodations
    • Accommodations specific to each student's individual functional limitations
    • Preferential classroom seating and other classroom accommodations
    • Assistive technology
    • Alternative Format including large print, audio textbooks, and Braille materials
  • Testing Center for exam accommodations
  • Housing Accommodations
  • Faculty consultation
  • Information and referral
  • Interpreter/Speech to Text Transcription

Interpreter Services

To request an interpreter or transcriber, contact TDS with at least 3-5 business days notice. Please provide the following information to TDS by emailing tds@augusta.edu or by clicking the button below:
