The Systems Analyst 3 position analyzes, configures, designs, and implements enterprise-level applications, with a focus on academic and student lifecycle technology, including planning, programming, testing, and debugging within established standards, to support the organization's application systems in relational database, client-server, and internet environments.
Under general supervision, the AV Technologist II will set up & operate a variety of instructional technologies, video conferencing, and AV equipment, collaborating with faculty, staff, and students with an emphasis on excellent customer service. They will provide clear, concise, and diplomatic communications to resolve issues, and they will work as an integral part of the instructional support team to provide support for collaborative learning and presentations.
The IT Systems Support Analyst delivers high-quality Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to faculty, staff, and students, resolving a wide range of hardware, software, and peripheral-related issues. This role is responsible for efficiently responding to, documenting, and resolving service requests in alignment with established service level agreements, ensuring positive and reliable user experience.
Provide advanced technical expertise for the implementation, integration, and support of research applications and user-facing platforms that support Â鶹AV's research enterprise, including research computing, HPC, and AI initiatives. This role enables researcher access to shared computing resources through effective workflows, integrations, documentation, and training, while leading application service delivery and user support to ensure research platforms meet institutional standards, compliance requirements, and evolving research needs.
Provide advanced technical expertise for the design, integration, and operational support of research technology and computing systems that support Â鶹AV's research enterprise, including research computing, high-performance computing (HPC), and artificial intelligence initiatives. This position is responsible for developing, integrating, and maintaining secure, scalable, and compliant research systems and data workflows that support clinical, academic, and administrative research activities
Provide advanced technical expertise for the design, implementation, and support of secure, scalable research infrastructure at Â鶹AV, including HPC, AI, compute, storage, networking, and GPU-based environments. This role manages capacity, performance, and operational readiness to ensure reliable research computing services, while enabling AI-driven research through support for model development, training, inference, data pipelines, and integration of emerging technologies.
The Systems Engineer 1 serves as an individual contributor in an Information Technology role, providing system implementation, support, monitoring, and maintenance of applications and services. The Systems Engineer must possess the ability to apply an interdisciplinary approach to ensure technical needs are translated into step-by-step processes, effectively producing efficient and effective results. A systems engineer will often collaborate with a project manager and the engineering team and take the lead to translate between the two to facilitate the achievement of a successful system being placed into operation.
