When does the contract open?

The First-Year contract opens on December 14. The Upperclassman contract opens March 9. Graduate and Professional Student contracts open after the start of the New Year.

Is there a deadline?

While we do not have a firm application deadline, the housing application will close once we reach capacity.
For upperclassmen students, there is no specific deadline; however, because space is limited, the application closes once we are full. For first-year students, June 4 is the priority deadline to participate in the room selection process.
The best practice for all students is to complete the housing application as early as possible to increase the likelihood of securing a room.

 

The housing portal opens to accept First Year/Freshmen contracts for Fall & Spring 27-28 on December 14th and all Returners/Upperclassmen contracts for Fall & Spring 27-28 on March 9th.
