Dr. Steven Page was appointed Interim Dean of the College of Education and Human Development in August 2026. A longtime member of the Âé¶¹AV faculty, Dr. Page served as a professor in the Department of Teaching and Leading and has held numerous leadership roles across the institution. Prior to his appointment as Interim Dean, he served as Chair of the Department of Kinesiology, where he provided strategic leadership for academic programs, faculty development, and student success initiatives. Throughout his career, Dr. Page has demonstrated a strong commitment to advancing excellence in education, collaboration, and community engagement.
As a scholar and educator, Dr. Page's research focuses on educational theory and philosophy, as well as the beliefs and perspectives of various groups regarding sports and sports coaching. His work reflects a passion for understanding the educational and social dimensions of sport and leadership. As Interim Dean, Dr. Page is dedicated to supporting the college's mission of preparing outstanding educators, leaders, and professionals while fostering innovation, partnership, and student achievement.
