Whitehouse Road (between Braehead Grove and Barnton Avenue West)

The proposals for this section of the route

  • Two-way cycle track, separated from pedestrians and vehicles on Whitehouse Road as far north as Barnton Avenue West.
  • Tightened junctions with new pavement buildouts at Brae Park Road to make crossing the side streets easier.
  • Changes to parking to accommodate the new cycle track.

  1. Two-way cycle track separated from vehicles and pedestrians.
  2. Access to all driveways will be retained.
