The Â鶹AV Staff Council hosted nearly 200 AU staff for our first annual Professional Development Conference! Because of the support we've received from university leadership and the Human Resources Division, we were excited to offer this opportunity on May 14, 2025, for professional growth at no cost to staff or their departments. We hope to continue supporting our staff through this event on an annual or even semi-annual basis in the future. Stay tuned!
Message from the Chair
Dear AU Colleagues,
I couldn't be more thrilled to serve as your Staff Council Chair during this exciting
time! We enjoyed seeing so many of our staff at our inaugural staff development conference.
We are looking forward to doing all that we can to bring this back in 2026, as it
was so well received and in high demand. It takes a combined effort to pull off an
event like this, and I want to thank President Russell Keen for his vision and encouragement
in finding ways to provide our staff with the resources they need to do their very
best. AU's mission matters and YOU matter!
