About:
I am Jenna Ingalls, and I am the Communications Strategist for the Department of Family and Community Medicine at the Medical College of Georgia. I am currently pursuing my master鈥檚 in health communication from the University of Illinois. My academic interests are centered around stigma, understanding how people are 鈥渙thered鈥� in and outside of healthcare. With a background in graphic design, I am always interested in te visual elements of storytelling.
My role in the DFCM is to share the story of the department, whether that is creating community facing research materials or supporting the residency in recruitment efforts. I am currently supporting external communications for the Journal of the American Board of Family Medicine.
