Our Organization

Our organization

In 2021, HamesNet reorganized into three interconnected networks to better serve our core communities: practicing clinicians, community members and patients, and learners and trainees.

Together, these networks advance HamesNet’s mission to strengthen community-based primary care through collaborative research, education, and engagement.
