2027 Cohort Application Coming Soon

Submit your completed application and required documents by TBA 2027 (TBA, 2027, deadline for letters of recommendation) to mcgaim@augusta.edu, attention MCG AIM application. 

When submitting your application, please note the following: 

• Download the fillable document and complete it in its entirety. Remember to save after updating the file. 

• Save the completed application document as Last name, First initial_AIM application 2027. (e.g. NelsonA_AIM Application 2027). 

• When submitting other required documents, please follow the naming criteria stated above to save the file, if all documents cannot be saved as one file. (e.g., NelsonA_Georgia Residency_AIM application 2027) 

• Send completed application and required documents to mcgaim@augusta.edu, subject: Last name First initial_MCG AIM application 2027. (e.g. NelsonA_MCG AIM application 2027)
