Dr. Amy House is a clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience in the treatment of borderline personality disorder and traumatic stress. She is the creator and director of the Âé¶¹AV DBT program for the treatment of people with severe emotion dysregulation and the suicidal, self-harming, and addictive behaviors that often accompany it. She is also a practitioner, trainer, and supervisor of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She has dedicated much of her career to teaching and training others and she facilitates both ACT and DBT peer consultation groups.
